Do I need to be on JobTread to work with you?
JobTread is where I specialize, but I can work with contractors on Buildertrend or other platforms too. If you're not on any platform yet, I can help you evaluate and implement the right one as part of the engagement.
What access do you need to my JobTread account?
I connect via JobTread's API — you generate an API key in your settings and share it with me. I never need your login credentials. You can revoke access at any time from your JobTread settings.
How long does a typical project take?
The Contractor Clarity Dashboard takes 2 weeks from kickoff to handoff. A full platform build — estimating tool, job scorecard, AIA invoicing — takes 6–8 weeks. Everything is scoped and priced upfront.
What happens after the project is delivered?
Every engagement includes 30 days of support. After that, you own everything — the code, the data connections, all of it. There's no ongoing retainer unless you want one.
Are you a JobTread partner or employee?
